Adding photos
Add photos when creating a new ticket
After selecting the address and the category of the issue, you'll be prompted to add a photo. Tap the camera icon to take a photo or choose a photo from your device. You may add more than one photo. After adding your photos, tap Continue.
Add photos to a ticket which you’ve already submitted
Open the ticket and tap Add a Photo, then take a photo with your mobile device or choose a photo from your device. You may add more than one photo. You may also add captions for each photo.
A responsible person on the management team will see the photos along with any other details you provide for the ticket.
