Tracking ticket status
You’ll get an email notification when your ticket has been accepted by the management company, as well as for any other status changes. You can also log in to your FixMate account to check the ticket status.
- Accepted - Your ticket has been accepted for processing. The chat function will be enabled so you can communicate with management about the ticket.
- Waiting for Approval - You need to approve the repair costs.
- Approved - You've approved the repair costs.
- Scheduled - The date and time of the repair has been scheduled.
- Completed - The issue has been fixed!
- Closed - The ticket has been closed and archived.
