What is FixMate?
FixMate Reporter is a web app which allows you to report maintenance issues or other problems in your building in just a minute using your mobile device. It enables you to track the status of your request and communicate with management about the issue.
Do I need an account to report an issue?
While you can create a maintenance ticket without an account, you won’t be able to get access to it later. To get the most out of FixMate, you’ll want to create an account. It’s completely free and allows you to track the status of your maintenance ticket, communicate with management, and keep a record of ticket details.
Who will see my ticket?
If your property is one of our FixMate registered properties, your landlord or management company will receive your maintenance ticket. The responsible person will handle the issue and you’ll be kept informed of the status of your request.
