Creating a ticket

To quickly report a problem or maintenance issue, just pull out your mobile phone. There are a number of easy ways you can create a maintenance ticket with FixMate Reporter. While it's not necessary to have a FixMate account to create a ticket, we do recommend creating an account so that you can track your ticket's status.

Using a QR code

  1. Scan the nearest FixMate QR code using your mobile device, and a ticket will be generated with the address and unit information pre-filled.

  1. Select the category of the problem, add a photo, and write a description of the issue.
  2. Submit the ticket. You’ll see a confirmation message that the ticket was received.

Note: If you have a FixMate account, make sure you’re logged in when creating a ticket. Logging in will enable you to associate the ticket with your account, track the ticket’s progress, and communicate with the responsible person.

Create a ticket for one of your registered properties

If you’ve already created a FixMate account and added properties to your account, you can easily create a ticket for one of your registered properties:

  1. Log in to your FixMate account. On the Tickets page, select an address from the dropdown list. You may also select a unit. If you only have one property registered, it is automatically selected.
