Communicating with management

FixMate Reporter has built-in messaging to help you communicate with management about maintenance issues.

Urgent requests

For urgent requests, you should always follow the procedures according to the instructions of your building management. FixMate is not for use in emergencies.

If you need to speak with management directly, you can find their contact information in the FixMate Reporter app.

  1. Log in to your FixMate account.
  2. Select your address and unit from the dropdown list. (If you only have one property registered, it is automatically selected.)
  3. Tap Unit detail. If your property manager has provided contact information, it will be listed here.

Ask a question

If you have a question for management, you can create a new ticket to open up a line of communication.

  1. Select “Question or remark” when selecting the category of the ticket.

  2. Type your question for management and tap Send.

A responsible person in the management team will see your message and can reply through the in-app messaging system. You’ll get an email notification of any incoming messages.
