Adding Properties

Add a new property

1. Navigate to the Properties page and select Add Property.

2. Click Continue to verify that you have a legal relationship to the property.
3. Enter the country, city, and street address of the property.
4. Specify the type of unit (flat or common area) and the desired number of units, then click Add.

5. You will see an overview of the new units to be added, including any additional costs incurred. You can change the unit name, specify the unit area, or add a note. This information can also be edited later on the Properties page. Once you have reviewed and finalized your list of new units, click Save.

Add units to an existing property

1. On the Properties page, select the property address and click Add Units.

2. Click Continue to verify that you have a legal relationship to the property.
3. Specify the type of unit (flat or common area) and add the desired number of units. If you surpass the number of units included in your plan, your subscription price will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Review the list of units to be added and update the information as needed. Once you have finalized your list of new units, click Save.

Edit a unit’s name and details

1. Select the individual unit on the Properties page.
2. Click Edit Unit.

3. You can change the unit name or number, specify the floor area of the unit, and add notes for your own reference. Click Save to save your changes.

Remove units

1. Select the property address and click Add/Remove.

2. Select the units you would like to remove.
3. Click Remove selected, then click Done.
